BUILD OPERATION GAME – USER AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF SERVICE

1. PARTIES AND ACCEPTANCE

This User Agreement ("Agreement") applies to the Build Operation ("Game") application developed by AHSAPP ("Developer").

Developer: AHSAPP, the owner of the application and holder of all intellectual property rights.

User: Any natural person who installs, accesses, or uses the Game on their device.

By starting to use the Game, the User declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install the Game and remove it from your device.

2. LICENSE GRANT AND SCOPE

Under this Agreement, the Developer grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Game on a single mobile device for non-commercial, personal, and entertainment purposes. All codes, graphics, sounds, characters, and design rights of the Game belong exclusively to the Developer.

3. USAGE RESTRICTIONS AND INTERACTION

3.1. General Prohibitions: The User agrees not to modify, reverse engineer, or use any cheats, automation software (bots), or any software intended to manipulate the Game experience.

3.2. Social Features: The User undertakes not to harass other users in in-game interaction areas and shall not share illegal, obscene, or immoral content.

3.3. Right to Intervene: The Developer reserves the right to remove user content, suspend, or terminate accounts/access in the event of a breach of rules.

4. PURCHASES AND VIRTUAL ASSETS

4.1. Virtual Assets: In-game items only provide usage rights; they have no financial value and cannot be converted into real currency.

4.2. Payment Terms: All purchases are subject to the payment terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The Developer is not responsible for technical issues arising from these platforms.

4.3. Refund Policy: Pursuant to the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection (Turkey), since digital content is classified as "services performed instantly in the electronic environment," as a rule, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, and refunds cannot be issued.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (DISCLAIMER)

5.1. "As Is" Basis: The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or 100% compatibility with all devices.

5.2. Data Loss: The Developer cannot be held liable for any data or progress loss that may occur during technical failures or updates.

5.3. Health Warning: The Game may contain effects that could trigger photosensitive epileptic seizures. The User must stop using the application immediately if they experience any health issues.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND ADVERTISEMENTS

The Game may include third-party advertising networks or analytical tools. By using the Game, the User acknowledges that these services may serve data and display advertisements within the framework of their own respective policies.

7. AGE RESTRICTION AND PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

The User declares that they are of legal age in their country of residence or have obtained parental consent. Legal guardians are responsible for all activities of minors.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

User data is processed within the scope of the Privacy Policy prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and relevant legislation. By approving this Agreement, the User is deemed to have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

9. SUSPENSION OF SERVICE AND UPDATES

The Developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Game or specific features at any time, with or without prior notice.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

In case of any disputes arising from this Agreement, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply. Samsun Courts and Execution Offices are authorized to resolve such disputes.
